About the Silicon Valley Tigers

In 2002 the Silicon Valley Adult Baseball was formed by four teams leaving the NABA San Jose.  The four original teams included:

The Red Sox founded by John Angelesco, The Indians founded by Tom Kelly, The Pirates (now the Diamondbacks) founded by Rich Bragg, and the Rockies founded by now retired manager Mike Lowe.  In an effort to increase the number of teams we opened the play to all ages.  The league added teams each year until 16 was reached in 2013.  The league presenly has 8 teams with players over 30  years of age.
